Problem Solving is part of almost everyone’s daily life, but it requires knowing how to approach it effectively.
This course leads to exploring Problem Solving with the angle of improving performance, such as improving customer satisfaction, quality, reducing lead time or costs, and sustainability for continuous improvement. It aims at anyone interested in understanding the interdependency between people and organizations for that purpose. The end goal is for people and organizations to adapt and perform in ever-changing environments continuously.

This course is a cadenced training. Every week, we release lessons to you. After a week of completing e-learning modules, you have a revision session with an expert.
